Meditation For Everyday Calm In-Person
Looking to add more peace and clarity to your daily life? This beginner-friendly series is the perfect place to start! In this mini-course, you'll learn simple, approachable meditation practices like breath awareness, guided imagery, and mindful reflection—all designed to help you feel more centered and grounded.
